MRS. MOLLIE DOVER, age 70, of Saddle Club Road-Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday at her residence. A native of Russell County, Virginia She was born to the late Vernia and Gertha Mae Osborn Mullins on April 6, 1940. Mrs. Dover was retired from Shaw Industries and was preceded in death by her husband, the late David Dover; a daughter the late Diana Lynn Harris; sisters Jane Whitley and Juanita Patrick; brother, Gilmer Mullins.

Surviving are son & daughter-in-law-Chris and Christy Harris of Summerville; grandsons-Collin and Connor Harris; sisters: Virgie Williams of Florida, Nancy Hardy of Roanoke, VA, Flossie Kennedy of Gray, TN, Charlene Stacy of Mt. A native of Fort Payne, Alabama He was born to the late Homer Harley, Sr. and Edna Rosa Beaty Hardeman on November 27, 1922. Mr. Hardeman was a member of Summerville First Baptist Church, Veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Navy, and was retired Sales Representative for Chemical Processing of Georgia. He was preceded in death by a son-the late Rodney Hardeman, sister-the late Flora Mae Whisenant, and brothers-the late J. B. Hardeman, the late Ed Hardeman, and the late Winfred Hardeman.

MR. JOHN THORNTON STUBBS, JR., age 92, of Highway #337-Summerville, Georgia –Teloga Community, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011, morning at his residence. Born in Americus, Georgia on September 1, 1918 He was the son of the late John Thornton Stubbs, Sr. and Ann McWhorter Stubbs. Mr. Stubbs was an elder and member of Beersheba Presbyterian Church, graduated from Presbyterian College, was a Veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Army, and worked for the U.S. Postal Service serving as Summerville Post Master for thirty four years. He was preceded in death by his wife the late Jean Thomas Stubbs.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law-Ann Stubbs Maddux (Dennis) of Summerville; sons and daughter-in-law-Tom Stubbs of Woodstock and John Thornton Stubbs, III (Dawn) of Summerville; grandson-John Thomas Maddux of Summerville.

A native of Trion, She was born to the late William C. and Edith Grasham Carnes on April 18, 1918. Mrs. Kellett was a member of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ, was retired from Bonnell Aluminum and Duff Flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband the late Ernest Kellett in 1991.

A son of the late John Roy and Dorothy Pierce Crane, Mr. Crane a loving husband, father, and was affectionately known as PoP Pa by his grandchildren. He was born in Floyd County on July 30, 1950, a member and Sunday School Teacher of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, and was retired from AT&T.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Gene Gilbreath, Jimmy Cooper, Frank Fowler, Hunter Burden, Quentin Smith, Mike Mason, Walt Brock, Gene Kendrick, Calvin Brown, Jerry Mixon, Glenda Williams, Linda Scoggins and Wylene Gillespie. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
