MR. JOHN KELLY DODD, age 56, of Allen Street, Summerville, Georgia, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2026. Born in Rome, Georgia on June 20, 1969, He was a son of the late Albert Preston and Sharon Croft Dodd. He was a plumber by trade.
Surviving are sons, John Preston Dodd and Gregory Logan Dodd; sister, Angie Dodd; brothers, Stephen Dodd, Bryant Dodd, Danny Dodd, and Paul Dodd; grandchildren, Henry Logan Dodd and Jenna Morgan Dodd; several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 16th, at 11:00 A.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Spear and Pastor Randy Taylor officiating, interment in Lyerly Cemetery. Active Pallbearers are John Preston Dodd, Gregory Logan Dodd, Stephen Dodd, Bryant Dodd, Danny Dodd, and Paul Dodd. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 until 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home.
