MINISTER ROLAND ARTHUR WARREN, age 90, of Montezuma, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009, at his daughter’s, Ila King, residence in Summerville. Mr. Warren was born in Blount County, Alabama to the late John Henry and Delia Walker Warren on January 12, 1919. He was an Evangelist with the Church of Christ for more than fifty years and a member of the Oglethorp Church of Christ.

Surviving are His wife, Christine Levie Warren of Montezuma; children-Neal & Myrna Warren, Ila & Wallace King all of Summerville, Kenneth & Candyce Warren of Antioch, CA.; 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services Wednesday, May 20th) at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma with Minister Clif Dennis officiating, interment in Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery-Montezuma. Visitation 6 until 8 P.M. Tuesday, May 19th, @ Watson-Mathews. In lieu of flowers the Family request memorials to Floyd Heyman Hospice Care, 800 Broad Street-Rome, Georgia-30161, www.floyd.org.
