MRS. MARY HELEN DAVIS, age 82, of Highland Avenue-Summerville, Georgia passed away Monday, August 20, 2012, in a Rome hospital. A native of Chickamauga, Georgia, She was born to the late Robert D. and Alma Lively Browning on July 13, 1930. Mrs. Davis was a member of Ridgedale Unity Church of God and retired from the Creeling Department of Mohawk Mills. Surviving are son & daughter-in-law-Danny R. & Sally Davis of Summerville; grandsons-Michael & Ragon Crabtree of Rome, Jimbo & Gina Crabtree and Stacy & Crystal Crabtree all of Summerville; eight Great Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 22nd, at 2:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Russell officiating, interment in Summerville Cemetery. Active Pallbearers Michael Crabtree, Jimbo Crabtree, Stacy Crabtree, Kenny Koonce, Greg Koonce, and Adam Koonce; Honorary Pallbearers-Members of Ridgedale Unity Church of God. The Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
