MR. EMMETT ARNOLD McWHORTER, age 72, of Rome, Georgia, formerly of Chattooga County, Georgia, passed
away Sunday, March 23, 2015, in a Rome hospital. A native of Chattooga County, Georgia He was
a son of the late John and Inez McWhorter.
Mr. McWhorter was retired from Mohawk Industries, Calhoun plant.
Surviving are daughter, Wanda Mae Brown of Summerville
and son Emmett Eugene McWhorter of Trion; two Sisters; two Granddaughters;
several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 4th,
at 6:00 P.M. from the United Christian Fellowship.
Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
