MRS. ALICE E.
CROUCH, age
96, of Northwest Congress Street, Summerville, Georgia passed away Wednesday,
January 3, 2018, in a Rome hospital. She
was born in Walker County, Georgia on June 30, 1921, a daughter of the late Dan
Hill and Gertrude Magaline Lawrence Keown. Mrs. Crouch was a member of The Summerville
First United Methodist Church and was a beautician for many years. Mrs. Crouch was preceded in death by her
husband, the late Paul M. Crouch on October 4, 1999.
Surviving are daughter, Paula Crouch
Thrasher; son-William Crouch; four Grandchildren, three Great Grandchildren;
several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held
Sunday, January 7th, at 3:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial
Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Dr. Ed Judy officiating, interment
in Summerville Cemetery. Active
Pallbearers will be Ronald Crouch, David Crouch, Milford Morgan, Tommy Payne,
Carlton Andrews, Gary McConnell, and John Bailey. The
Family will receive friends Sunday, from 1 until 3 P.M. at the Funeral Home. The Family request no flowers and suggest contributions to the Summerville First Methodist Church.
