Mrs. Betty Diane Leonard
MRS. BETTY DIANE LEONARD, age 58, of Shinbone Valley Road-Menlo, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014, in a Rome hospital. Born in Trion, Georgia, She was a daughter of the late John C. Bandy and Betty June Green Bandy Pope who survives. She was a member of Chelsea Baptist Church and employed in the knitting department of Best Mfg. Company. Mrs. Leonard was preceded in death by a brother, the late John Duel Bandy.
Surviving are husband-Jimmy Leonard; mother and step father-Betty and Wayne Pope of Menlo; daughter-Connie Geimer of Centre, AL.; son-Jams Michael Leonard of Menlo; special friend-Becky Gable; several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 1st, at 2:30 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home, interment in Bandy Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Friday from 6 until 8 P.M.
Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
