MR. JERRY R. FRADY, age 73, of Fish Hatchery Road, Summerville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013. A native of Lyerly, Georgia He was born to the late Herman Walker and Emily Everet Frady on May 12, 1939. Mr. Frady was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a member of American Legion Post #129 and retired from G. T. E. in 1995.
Surviving are wife-Jamie Hughes Frady; daughters-Tammy Smith and Chasidy Frady both of Summerville, and Lori Mobbs of Cedar Bluff, AL.; brother and spouse-Charles and Kathryn Frady of Summerville.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 26th, at 2:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Brother Tommy Pledger and Brother Paul Martin officiating, interment in Summerville Cemetery. Active Pallbearers-Josh Brooks, Rusty Dooley, Steve Dyer, Kevin Scoggins, Jeremy Heathcock, and Jim Hill; Honorary Pallbearers Tom Dooley, Jim Woodard, Herb Skelton, Dee Windle, Donnie Baker, Jackie Pierce, Ferell Allen, Tommy Drummond, Steve Groce, Ernest P. (Joe) Smith, Dink Willingham, Jimmy Burkhalter, Tad Allen, Mark Fisher, Willy Joe McGraw, the Trion Golfer’s Association, and the “Liars Table” of Jim’s Restaurant. The Family will receive friends Friday from noon until the funeral hour at the Funeral Home.
