Mr. James E. Cox
MR. JAMES E. COX, age 80, of Cartersville, Georgia passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014, in the local Nursing Home following an illness. Born in Polk County, Georgia on October 22, 1933, He was a son of the late Fonnie and I. V. Carnes Cox. Mr. Cox was Methodist by Faith, a Veteran of Korea serving in the U.S. Army, and was retired office manager for Inland Container in Rome.
Surviving are sisters-Ella Cox of Summerville, Helen Walker of Atlanta, and Mallene Houston of Kennesaw; several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 26th, at 1 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home, interment in Lime Branch Cemetery.
