MRS. SHIRLEY
LENDERMAN, age
91, of LaFayette, Georgia formerly of Chattooga County, Georgia passed away
Monday evening, June 25, 2018, in the local nursing home. A native of Chattooga County, She was born to
the late John Meredith and Bonnie Stephenson Ellenburg on December 7, 1926. Mrs. Lenderman was a member of Pennville
Church of Christ, retired from Mount Vernon weave room, and was preceded in
death by her husband, the late James Edwin Lenderman and son-in-law Barry
Gilreath.
Surviving are daughters and spouses,
Kathy and David Daniel, Jan and Chris Ledbetter, and Judy Gilreath; son and
spouse, Jimmy and Bobbie Ann Lenderman;
eight Grandchildren, fifteen Great Grandchildren, several Great Great
Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephew.
Funeral services will be held
Thursday, June 28th, at 11:00 A.M., from the J. D. Hill Memorial
Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Ministers Barry Gilreath, Tyler
Gilreath, and Barry Gilreath, III officiating, interment in Summerville
Cemetery. Active Pallbearers Scott
Daniel, Brent Smith, Chris Ledbetter, Casey Smith, Wayne Weaver, and Mike
Frost; Honorary Pallbearers the Staff of Oakview Nursing and Rehab Center. The Family will receive friends Thursday from
10 until 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home.
