MRS. MARGIE MARIE COLLINS, age 60, of Rising Fawn Trail,
Rome, Georgia, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018, in a Rome hospital. She was born in Floyd County, Georgia on
November 21, 1957, a daughter of the late Albert and Laura Mae Mize
Gilmore. Mrs. Collins was preceded in
death by her husband, the late Thomas Collins.
She was a member of the Way of the Cross Church.
Surviving
are children, Mindy Roaderick, Jason Collins, and Gary Collins; grandchildren,
Tesla Boaderick, Carbin and E. Lie Collins, Tailey Collins, and Dallas Collins;
sisters, Wanda & Robert Fowler, Kathy & Kenny Keiser, Faye McLeod, and
Ann Ramey; brother, James Riley Gilmore; foster sister, Diane Bozarth; foster
brother, Jimmy Gilmore; several Nieces and Nieces.
Funeral
services will be held Friday, August 10th, at 1:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill
Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Minister Bobby Garner
officiating, interment in Summerville Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers, Christopher Pierce, Allan Barnes, Cameron Howard,
Bradley Collins, Bryan Ashworth, Tyler Garner; Honorary Pallbearers Timothy
Dutton, Logan Drought, Tyler Edwards, and James Pierce. The Family will receive friends Thursday
evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
