MR. ROBERT LEON SIFFLES, SR., age 77, of Martin Street, Summerville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at the residence. Born in Chattooga County, Georgia, on June 17, 1944; he was a son of the late Robert (Bob) and Bernice Smith Siffles. Mr. Siffles was a truck driver for Dawson Pulp Wood and attended the Community Holiness Church. In addition to His parents, he was preceded in death by his wife the late Betty Faye Edgeworth Siffles on October 19, 2021, grandson, the late Braiden Fitzpatrick, siblings, the late Margaret Siffles, Geneva Fountain, Billy Siffles, Ray Siffles, Charles Ragan, Terry Ragan, and Hollis Siffles.
Surviving are, daughters and son-in-law, Cindy Renae and Jamie Fitzpatrick, Megan Grace Siffles, and Jane Siffles; son and daughter-in-law, Robert, Jr. and Angela Siffles; grandchildren, Colt & Ansley Siffles, Justin & Asa Fitzpatrick and Salita Siffles; great grandchildren, Kade Lassitter, Chloe Lassitter, Braiden Siffles, Riley Fitzpatrick, Kaylee Fitzpatrick; sisters, Betty Edgeworth, Dorothy Forest, Glenda Green, Linda Wade, Barbara Blackmon; brothers, Jack Siffles, Roger Siffles, Bobby Siffles, and David Ragan; several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 14th, at 4:00 p.m. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Collins officiating, interment in Summerville Cemetery. Active Pallbearers Colt Siffles, Justin Fitzpatrick, Michael Blackmon, Brad Edgeworth, Roger Siffles, and Isiah Siffles. The Family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
