MR. WILEY THOMAS (TJ) HENDERSON, JR., age 84, of Tinney Road, Trion, Georgia passed away Friday evening, March 4, 2022, at his residence. A native of Trion, Georgia, He was born to the late Wiley Thomas Henderson, Sr. and Margie R. Westbrooks Henderson on July 16, 1937. Mr. Henderson was an auto dealer, owned and operated TJ’s Used Cars, was a Veteran of the U. S. Air Force serving in the Korean War, and was preceded in death by his wife, the late Patsy Louise Tinney Henderson and son, the late Stephen Salerno.
Surviving are His daughters, Christy Lynn Henderson Turner and Karen Ryan; grandsons, Scott Salerno, Eric Turner, and Edward Turner; special friends, Kenny (Tree Man) Brown, Greg Geledhill, Terry Tinney, Caleb Tinney, Debbie Sumner, and Brian Gadaway; several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 8th, at 2:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Biddle officiating, interment in West Hill Cemetery. Active Pallbearers Kenny Brown, Greg Baker, Terry Tinney, Caleb Tinney, Nathan Coleman, and Brian Gadaway. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 noon until 2:00 P.M. and the Funeral Home.
Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mr. Wiley Thomas (TJ) Henderson, who passed away Friday night.
