MR. HESTER CARTER, SR., age 81, of Ramey Street, Summerville, Georgia, passed away May 12, 2023, at his residence.
Surviving are children, Stacey Jones, Tracy Carter, and Teddy Carter; brother, Steve Carter.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
