MR. CHARLES T. WILLIAMS, SR., age 98, of Summerville, Georgia, passed away Saturday morning, January 17, 2026, in Ootewah, Tennessee. A native of Humboldt, Tennessee, He was born on September 18, 1927 to the late Edger B. and Clara Green Williams. He was longtime member, Deacon Emeritus, and Teacher of the Baraka Sunday School Class, of the Summerville First Baptist Church. Mr. Williams was a U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and World War II, was retired Industrial Engineer from the Dixie Group of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was preceded in death by His wives, the late Faye A. Williams and the late Ruth E. Williams.
Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Kim Logan; son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Joy Williams.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Earle Rainwater Funeral Home.
