MR. JEFFERY LAWRENCE (JEFF) RACKLEY, age 61, of Cedar Bluff, Alabama, passed away February 23, 2026, in AH Floyd Cherokee Medical Center, Centre, Alabama. He was born in Marietta, Georgia on April 2, 1964 to the late J. L. and Susan Nix Rackley. Mr. Rackley was a self employed plumber.
Surviving are sister, Miki R. Tilson; daughter, Harmony Sue Rackley; fiance’, Davita Pendergrass; step sibling, Mark Taylor, Davin Roberts, Christopher Ward; step daughter, Nikki Vann; nieces and nephews; Jessixa, Megan, John, Tristan, Leeland, Graceon, Landon, Maren; aunt, Pat Nix.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 7th, at 3:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home, with Pastor Paul Martin officiating.
