MRS. HELEN MARGARET ROAN, age 81, of Turner Street-Summerville, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013, at her residence. Born in Cullman, Alabama on June 6, 1932 to the late Tollie T. and Lois Annebelle Duckett Kilgore. She was a homemaker, member of the First Born Church of God, and was preceded in death by husband, the late Grady Robert Roan. Surviving are daughters and spouses-Louise and Roger Jenkins of Ft. Payne, AL., Geneva Edwards, Eva McGraw, Carolyn and Tony Prater all of Summerville; sons and spouses-Ronnie and Gladys Roan, Doyle and Gail Roan, Loyle and Ruthie Roan, Dandell and Judy Roan, Alton Roan, Eddie Lee Roan all of Summerville, and Donnie and Tammie Roan of LaFayette; brothers-Billy Wayne Kilgore of Cullman, AL. and Junior Alton Kilgore of Summerville; 13 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Granddaughter; several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 6th, at 1:30 P.M. from the First Born Church of God with Revs. Ray Caldwell, Bobby Brown, and Kenny Ash officiating, interment in Summerville Cemetery. Pallbearers, Shawn Smith, Mkey McGraw, Mike McGraw, Brian Cronnon, Keith Smith, Rickey Johnson, Darrell Wayne Kilgore. The Family will receive friends Saturday from 6 until 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
