MRS. THELMA J.
FAULKNER, age
82, of Thomas Road, Trion, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017,
evening in a Rome hospital, following a sudden illness. A native Chattooga Countian, she was born to
the late Walter Franklin and Elsie Owens Dooley on July 26, 1935. She was a member of the Subligna Road Church
of Christ, retired from the weave shop of Mt. Vernon Mills, and was preceded in
death by a son, the late Gary Campbell, a sister, the late Hanie Hix , and
brothers, the late Homer Dooley, Hobert Dooley, Guy Dooley, and Clarence
Dooley.
Surviving are daughters &
sons-in-law, Abbi Searles, Rita & Earnie Jones, Julie & James Dodd;
sons & daughters-in-law, Steve & Dinah Campbell, John & Ginger
Faulkner, Phillip & Pat Campbell; sisters, Emma Warren and Foye Watkins;
grandchildren, B.J. Petitt, Jake Dodd, Emily Parker, Grace Faulkner, Cari Crider,
Mandy Campbell, Kelly Grogan, Apache Campbell, Luke Campbell, Tesa Campbell,
Brent Campbell, Amie Cabe, Jeremy Campbell, Paula Buice, Tami Potts, Bryant
Ward, Chad Campbell; former husband, Bryant Campbell; numerous Great
Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, also survive.
Funeral services will be held
Monday, October 30th, at 11:00 A.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial
Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Ministers Bill Watkins and Tommy
O’Kelley official, interment in Summerville Cemetery. Active Pallbearers, B.J. Petitt, Jake Dodd,
Luke Campbell, Apache Campbell, Brent Campbell, and James Dodd; Honorary
Pallbearer, Jeremiah Parker. The Family
will receive friends at the Funeral Home Saturday, October 28th,
from 5 until 7 P.M.
