MR. CHARLES RAY LIVELY, age 65, of Lyerly, Georgia passed away Wednesday morning at His residence. Born in Walker County, Georgia on March 9, 1948, He was a son of the late Leonard Lee and Lucille Dial Lively. He was a member of Teloga Baptist Church and retired supervisor for Roper Corp. Surviving are His wife-Virginia Lively; children-Kerri Lively of East Ridge, TN., Eddie Lively of LaFayette, Darlene and Kevin Scoggins of Summerville, Alan Simpson of Lyerly, Bonnie Hollingsworth of Trion, and Jeff and Anita Simpson of Lyerly; grandchildren-Adam and Tina Lee, Crystal and Jeremy Elrod, Nicole Cooper, Raven and Matt Rosson, Amanda and Chris Watson, Rani Lively, Keisha and Trey Simpson; several Great Grandchildren; sisters-Leahman Ponder and Elizabeth Long both of LaFayette, Judy Lively of FL.; brother-Alan Lively of LaFayette; several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 19th, at 2:00 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Bishop officiating, interment in LaFayette Cemetery. Active Pallbearers Gordon Kinsey, Matt Rosson, Chris Gill, David Patterson, Sammy Lee, and Kevin Scoggins. The Family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service at the Funeral Home. Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
