MR. DALE BAIN, age 69, of Summerville, Georgia passed away at his residence Thursday, January 5, 2023. He was born in Rome, Georgia on November 2, 1953, son of the late Russell Bain and Haynie Sitton Bain. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Benny Bain, David Bain, Charles Bain and sisters, Janet Richardson and Debra Scott. He was employed as a Hyster Driver with Mohawk Industries for a number of years and baptist by faith.
Surviving are his Wife, Wanda Tinney Bain; Sons, Chris Bain and Kevin Bain; Granddaughter, Adalee Bain and a brother, Robert Bain.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 7th, at 2:30 p.m. from the Graveside with Rev. Harold Helton and Rev. Mike Odom officiating, interment in Lyerly Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Bucky Chisolm, Jessie Chisolm, Chad Bain, Josh Bain, Brad Walker and Nathan Scott. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dale’s Nurse Paige and members of Tapestry Hospice Staff. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:30 – 2 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
